Terms of Service.

1. About Polo

polo.cz is operated by Polo Atelier s.r.o., a Czech limited company registered at Mánesova 14, 120 00 Prague 2, ID No. 12345678. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Prices

All prices are in CZK and include 21% Czech VAT. An order constitutes a binding contract once confirmed by email. We reserve the right to cancel orders in the event of a clear pricing error or stock issue, with full refund.

3. Payment

We accept payment by card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfer. All card transactions are processed securely via Stripe.

4. Withdrawal & Returns

Under Czech consumer law, EU customers have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from the contract. We extend this to 30 days as a goodwill gesture. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

5. Warranty

All Polo pieces carry a 24-month statutory warranty, plus our additional craftsmanship guarantee covering manufacturing defects.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes will be resolved by Czech courts, or by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court settlement.
