You may return any unworn piece in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. EU returns are free — we will email a prepaid label. Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt.

Free size exchanges.
Need a different ring or chain size? Exchanges within the EU are free. Simply email atelier@polo.cz with your order number and we will dispatch the new size the same day.
A note on customs & VAT
All EU prices include VAT — there are no surprise duties or fees at delivery. For shipments to the UK, Switzerland, and Norway, local import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
